Purchasing/Administrative Assistant

You are applying to a growing, small business in high-tech industries. We promote our people within and are searching for an experienced full-time purchaser / administrative assistant.

Job Duties Include:

  • Obtain quotes for material from vendors (negotiate price, terms and lead time)
  • Create Purchase Orders, Work Orders, Packing Slips, Invoices and Shipping Labels
  • Track orders to ensure on time delivery
  • Match PO’s, packing slips and invoices
  • Clerical duties, (photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing, etc.)
  • Answering phone calls and directing them appropriately

Benefits, Hours & Wages:

  • 1 week paid time off accrued 1st year
  • 2 weeks paid time off after 2nd year
  • 6am - 2:30pm Monday- Friday
  • Overtime when required
